Our town, Grantown-on-Spey is small but to our minds perfectly formed. The town sits on the edge of the stunningly beautiful Cairngorms National Park, the ideal base from which to explore the best of the Scottish Highlands. In the winter months, we are visited by many hikers and skiers’/snowboarders who want to make the best of the crisp, winter snow.

A nature reserve that will truly capture all your senses and bring you back in time to ancient lands. It is so beautiful in every sense of the word, that you will find it hard to leave. Regular sightings of red squirrels, rare birds and other forest life make a trip here a rewarding outing for anyone visiting the area.
